Welcome to the Home and Outdoor Products website.  By using this website, you agree to the following terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our site. Home and Outdoor Products reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications. While we will endeavour to notify you of any substantial changes to our terms of use, we are under no obligation to do so.

In these Terms of use and service, "we", “our”, “HOP”, and "us" means Home and Outdoor Products Pty Ltd (ABN 91 135 339 445 / ACN 135 339 445), PO Box  1466 Springwood, Qld, 4127 Australia, and "you" means you, the customer.

Australian Sales Only; All prices given are in Australian dollars, and include GST. Estimated delivery costs are for within Australia only. Overseas deliveries can be made by special arrangement, but may incur additional costs.

Placing Your Order

You must be over 18 to place an order on our site.  Once we receive your order, we will issue you with an order confirmation via email. Your order is an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected, based on these terms and conditions. No information on our website constitutes or should be deemed as an offer by us to supply any products; however we will make every effort to supply products to you. We will notify you that your order is being processed by emailing you an order confirmation and tax invoice; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has been verified as bone fide, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. Home and Outdoor Products and subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone, to arrange for your choice of either a refund, replacement item or store credit.

Payment Methods And Processing

Home and Outdoor Products currently accepts PayPal, BPAY, Visa and MasterCard. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Australian and Brisbane public holidays. We process credit card and PayPal payments after you click the "Submit My Order" button. Where you pay by BPAY you must pay the price payable in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation within 5 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation. If a BPAY payment is not received within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation, Home and Outdoor Products reserves the right to cancel the transaction. For credit card and PayPal payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Where you pay by BPAY a tax invoice will be sent to you via email after your payment has been confirmed. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.

Please Note:

  • We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.
  • Debit cards and cheque cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.
  • You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.

Social Media Sharing

If you share a product or page via social media, you must leave the link to unaltered. If you make a comment on a product, we ask that you do not use obscene or threatening language. You are solely responsible for your messages and comments, and we are not liable for any content submitted and or shared by you at any time.


While we make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions, content may contain errors, and may not be complete or up to date. We reserve the right to correct any information at any time, without notice. We also reserve the right to limit quantities, even after an order has been placed. Colours on product images may differ from what you see on screen.


Statutory Warranty Requirements not withstanding, all warranties referred to by Home and Outdoor refer to Manufacturer Warranties. These warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's warranty document. The warranty documents will be provided with delivery of all boxed items. Should you receive an item without warranty documentation, please contact Home and Outdoor or the manufacturer at your first opportunity. Please keep in mind however, that these warranties are not unlimited warranties. Warranties may be limited in terms of types of damage covered, components excluded from the warranty or damage up to a certain value.

Account Information

Home and Outdoor Products secure server encrypts your credit card and other information so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Once we receive your credit card information, it is stored in our secure server. Home and Outdoor Products reasonable efforts to ensure that your credit card information remains confidential, and is available to personnel who have a need to know such information in connection with providing you our online service.

In servicing your account, we may also collect addresses, contact names, corporate names, division names, telephone numbers and fax numbers, as well as e-mail addresses. This data may be used by us for the purpose of improving customer service and/or offering or furnishing products and services. It is our policy that we would not provide collected data to third-parties outside of Home and Outdoor Products unless it is necessary to do so in order to enable us to provide an appropriate level of service to users of our site.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or 'dead on arrival' (ie; broken/not working) we will act quickly to replace it at our expense. If it cannot be replaced, we will issue you with a full refund.
If you've made an incorrect choice of product, you may return it to us in its original condition, unopened, within 14 days of receipt, for a store credit on the item (excluding postage). Delivery charges will apply to your replacement order.
If a fault occurs with your product after initial use, we will assess your claim honestly and fairly, then offer appropriate advice as to whether it should be replaced, refunded or repaired, at our sole discretion.You are also protected by statutory consumer guarantees, applicable by law in Queensland.

"Cookies" are strings of text that a Web site transmits to a user's computer. Cookies enable a Web site to keep track of a user's preferences and activities relating to that Web site. Home and Outdoor Products creates a cookie for each visit in order to facilitate your visit. When you create a customer profile a permanent cookie is used to remember the information in your profile. This cookie does not expire unless you deactivate your personal profile.

Delivery of Goods

Home and Outdoor Products reserves the right to charge you additional delivery fees if the delivery address is not within an area normally serviced by Australia Post or our freight companies. Home and Outdoor Products is not liable for delays or prevention of delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, or acts of God. This may include weather conditions, traffic conditions, and / or mechanical difficulties.
